Are energy companies also dying?
Equally fascinating and worrying article from Rolling Stone which describes the fossil fuel energy companies as dying. The theory being that they can't burn their known reserves without causing extreme global warming and potentially catastrophic climate change. That means they will have to leave profits from fossil fuels in the ground.
I wonder if we have learned anything from the Arab Spring and Occupy movements that could help mobilise people? Certainly the "it won't affect me" argument is very hard to overcome.
