The US healthcare bill explained.
Obviously this is one view of what's under consideration, but it all seems pretty sensible to me. Getting rid of pre-existing conditions is a great idea and the checks and balances to prevent gaming by citizens and businesses seem sensible.
The tricky part is reimbursing doctors based on outcomes. Lots of options for gaming and choosing "good" patients here, but hopefully some time to work it through.
