Targeted at mainstream recruitment rather than search, but still a bit of a mind-futz.

I’m not sure crowdsourcing is going to be as useful as the author suggests, but the increasing gamification of jobs and activities I can see.

Companies building their own recruitment communities seems unlikely: this still screams out for third party provision, but more of a collaborative approach in terms of feeding contacts back and forth.

And recruitment as a profit center? Not for some time, I feel.
