   Mary Lou Cariño Paredes you’ll be delighted to hear that Ross has added some more twists to the circuits to make them even more painful. The running is now right out into the road and back in the other side of the park, and the time it takes the last runner determines how long the others have to do their lifts, TRX and the like. Ouch.
