I´ve had no joy trying to print A3 size images on my A4 printer (architect´s drawings, etc). I need to print two A4s to stitch together as an A3.
I tried the Rasterbator (shame about the name) and couldn´t get it to work. In the end I installed PosterPrinter and then saved my PDF as a Bitmap and used the Poster Utility to open and scale the bitmap. It worked! (Other than the utility crashing after successfully printing; the Windows 7 compatibility troubleshooter seems to have fixed this though.) Surely this should be easier.
