Try http://www.digitalquill.co.uk/datafeedplugin/ I created it for affiliate datafeeds, but it will work with any CSV file. You upload the file and it gives you all the fields int hat csv file, you can then build a template from those fields and the plugin will import the records in the csv file and create posts from them based on the template.
