Earth, observed – The Big Picture takes a look at us from above. Well, the planet, anyway. Lots of human impact visible, not so many humans. I loved them all, but have chosen the sand sea in the Arabian Peninsula’s

Empty Quarter because I have never seen it before.
So it would have been possible to get the gold out of the coach in the cliffhanger (literally) at the end of The Italian Job. Brilliant stuff.

The question is how much profit each site makes from its hits. I assume the head-focused sites do thanks to their focus, rather than the scattergun monetisation the long tail sites need.
