Changing the time on phones

Summary: Panasonic KX-T7433 handsets, not sure which switch. No automatic summer time settings, so you have to do this to change the time. It may have to be done on the Admin handset – for us its the one that Night mode diverts to:

  1. Program
  2. **1234
  3. Next
  4. Set date/time using digits and the right arrow soft key to move to the next section.
  5. Press Auto Dial / Store to store and then pick up the handset to cancel programming.

  • Sorry, forgot to leave those instructions for you!

  • Useful info to anyone using Panasonic KX-T7433 handsets.

  • You are a life-saver

  • I have just been hit by the display issue: the display had no time on it – just the date as MMM YY (which was annoying).

I looked through all the manuals I could find, and then hit on the imaginative solution of unplugging the phone and reconnecting it.

When it restarted it was back to the DD MMM HH:MM display again. It appears to have sorted all the phones as well. So no clue why that worked

  • OMG!!! The instructions were very, very helpful. It updated the time for all phones. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you :)

What´s your URL, in case I need additional help

  • Just use the comments and I can get back to you.

  • Ahh it´s that time of year again. Is there a large spike in your Google Analytics for a March 08 blog by any chance? raggett.net to the rescue again! Hope all is well.
